im after getting a gigabit ethernet NAS device, and both my backup/media/file server and my desktop are gigabit ethernet.
However i use a 10/100 internet router. Could i use the one of the outputs into the uplink section of a gigabit switch so that LAN traffic was gigabit but WAN traffic was 10/100 ??
