Hey all,
So when the GPU is working away, sure, the fans spin up and they aren't quiet. However, there is an 'extra' noise. It waves in and out with a 'wavelength' of anywhere between 2-10s, it sounds like a bit of a grindy/vibratey/square-saw synth thing, it's difficult to describe.
Is this something anyone could shed some light on?
I've never got an aftermarket cooler for a GPU before, though given that I push this card quite hard I'm beginning to consider it - any cheapish but worthwhile recommendations about that?
Thanks for reading!
