Gigabyte 1080 warranty RMA

Hey guys,
So i bought my GPU just over a year ago and didn't have problems with it until now.
So apparently one of the fans doesn't spin so when it gets under load the other two kick in at full speed and don't stop even when I take the load off. It's so damn noisy it's unbearable. Only option to reset it is to reset PC.

Is there any known issues/fixes for this particular situation?

If not, who do I do the RMA with? OcUK site says the manufacturer yet manufacturer states that it's best via retailer I got it from.

send a webnote to OC also try setting your own fan profile in afterburner might be a better option check for updates on gigabytes site as well might need to be flashed

Have you inspected the connection, might be loose. but yeh, contact OC first rather than Gigabyte
