Gigabyte 3070 OC Green Lines issue

Can anyone advise on what could be causing this. Ive just received my brand new prebuilt rig from OC and on 1st boot I was presented with green lines all across the screen.

I am unable to update the drivers + it is not recognised in device manager - displaying an error.

I have seen on this forum + a quick google search and this seems to be a common problem. Was not expecting this

did they not turn it on after building it or just drop kick it around on delivery?

I've no idea but i've spent a small fortune and waited 4 weeks for it to turn up today broken

post some pics up. also double check for loose monitor cable.

Nope.

Just call OCUK or get in touch via forum with customer support.

Probably, just the GPU came loose out of the pcie socket, but get OCUK to tell you that. Don't start messing with it.

Yeah, Ive just been on the phone with OC and I am RMAing it back to them with a replacement coming back out to me so fingers crossed for a quick turnaround. It seems common this issue on this GPU card. And like you say, let them look into it
