What a card for the money, top trumps to Gigabyte for sorting this deal for us, IT IS SO AWESOME! :)

Grabbed this deal as soon as it went live last week, however disappointed that the box was cut open. Looks like the contents was checked before shipping and it was opened with a box cutter. Haven't had chance to test it yet but planning to this weekend.

How does the 5700 XT and other better AMD cards compare to Nvidia's offerings? Are AMD still behind I take it in the GPU race? I know AMD are miles ahead in the CPU race like.

Hope this maybe helps a little:

2080Ti (£900) = No competitor
2080 Super (£620) = No competitor
2080 (£599) = VEGA 7 (£650)
2070 Super (£450) = 5700 XT (£375)
2070 £360) = 5700 XT MBA (£300)
2060 Super (£350) = 5700 (£300)
2060 (£279) = 5700 MBA (£250)
1660 Super / Ti (£200 - £250) = Vega 56 (£250)
1660 (£190) = RX 590 (£150)
1650 Super (£150) = RX 570 (£120)

Is pretty much how they line up!

Right now the best value for money buys are RX 590, 1660 Super, 5700, 2070, 5700 XT. :)

The Red Devil will have a slight edge, but you'd never notice in the end it all comes down to aesthetics and the one you prefer.

Thanks Gibbo.

I think the main thing im interested in is how quiet this is compared to the other top 5700xt.

I dont mind paying extra £25 for the red devil if it going to be quieter.

I have this model and it's silent, fans don't rotate until temps start to rise and at that point it's whisper. Best deal when compared to say the red dragon or pulse which are similar in price.
