gigabyte 780 rma question

hi all just wandering if anyone knows who i rma a graphics card to, never rma'd a gpu b4, ok so does the rma lie with overclockers or gigabyte themselves, i bought it on launch day, 23rd may last year so its just coming up to 1 year old,

the problem im having is, when i turn on my pc the display is smaller than usual ( a small square display in middle of screen ) and it just hangs for ages then it goes to a black screen with a flashing _ in top left, then goes no further, i swapped out my 780 for an extremely old gpu, which works fine albeit at a reduced res, so is it the gpu or is it the psu not quite putting out enough juice to power the gpu, hard to tell as i dont have a spare psu, any help would be appreciated.

oh well, phoned ocuk today, my gpu is under warranty, but it looks like ill be without a gpu for 28 days, hmm thats not gonna be fun

Gigabyte are really good with warranties. They've been known to have a new one back to you within the same week. I highly doubt you'll be waiting 28 days either way.

I found Gigabyte RMA excellent but I don't remember it being as quick as 2-5 working days tbh

Ocuk always state 28days but gigabyte are really fast

what a winner, well looks like ocuk tested my gpu,and i have an email saying they are sending me a replacement, getting a 780ti ghz edition as a replacement from their b grade stock, wish they had notified me first so i could collect from store instead of waiting till monday for dpd to deliver, but cant have everything lol.

That sounds great service make sure it comes with the remainder of your original gpus warranty
