Gigabyte 890FX HDD Speed Issue....

I've got a really big and strange problem with my board all drives connected to the Sata6g ports are running stupidly slow! It was all working fine then I went to work and came home to a slow PC ran ATTO on the drives found the problem, all drivers are up to date I've reinstalled windows, reset the bios everything I can think of

No one has any ideas before I end up RMA'ing this thing?

Shame its not a p67 board !

Only thing I can think of is to reset the bios and see if that does anything.
