Gigabyte 9070 XT Overclock question

Hi,

I'm using the AMD Adrenalin software to overclock my 9070 XT.
I'm using the free version of 3D Mark. Testing with Steel Nomad and Time Spy.
Then running furmark for 16 mins.

My questions are related to the Adrenalin software.
So when I enable an undervolt. I've managed to hit around -75 if I do not touch the VRM.
If I OC the VRM the OC will fail in Steel Nomad. If I back off the undervold say to -50 it will pass on all tests I've listed above.

So does the offset not just apply to the GPU?
I'm trying to understand why the offset can impact on VRM changes so much. Even a small increase will fail using -75.
I understand the -75 might be ambitious, but it's been solid on numerous tests until VRM is OC'd.

My cards boost is 3060. I get all the silicone lottery stuff. But is there a ball park of what average overclock people are hitting on these cards?
I've seen that most cards will do 2614 on VRM.

I've just passed a Steel Nomad and Time Spy as well as Furmark (16 mins) @ -50 UV and 2714 (2700Mhz) on VRM.
Is this a decent gain?

Is there anything else I should do as far as getting a better idea of stability on the card other than the 3D Mark and furmark tests?

All my tests have been using a 4K 27" monitor. Furmark has 8x MSAA enabled during tests @ 3840x2160.

Thanks in advance to any helpers/advisors. :)

Above are my results "*" = best Steel Nomad result. "^" = best Time Spy result. "♦" = best Fire Strike result. "**" etc = 2nd, 3rd, 4th best result for each maps.
All done in Adrenalin software. Fan Tuning was enabled but zero RPM and advanced control both turned off. Turning off Fan Tuning all together did not really seem to have
much of an impact as the card would bust scale the fans well.

Interested in what people think of these and if they are miles off?
Also what else I can use to gain "quickish" results on stressing an OC?
I only use 3Dmark free edition.

Steel Nomad is more demanding than Timepsy/FS, it'll find instability quicker.

Therefore if it passes Nomad, it should pass the other two BM's.

Playing games is the best way to test, if they don't crash, it's stable.

My Nitro is stable down to -95mV. Originally I thought -90mV was its limit but it appears -95mV also works. VRAM at 2800 with fast timings is also stable but I have lowered to 2760 with fast timings as I saw no improvement between the two.
The undervolt is very much game dependent though and in some games it is possible to go lower than -95mV (Timespy benchmark is an extreme case of this where i can go down to -175mV with no issues). I don't have a game that doesn't work at -95mV so i've just left it at that for everything. Playing actual games is by far the best way to test stability in the stuff you play, although probably the most frustrating if you haven't got it stable.

I did a table of my results in Steel Nomad and posted in the graphics forum here. There isn't much change between -60mV and -90mV tbh. I don't need the negative core frequency offset anymore with the latest drivers and I now get just under 79fps in steel nomad with -95mV, 2760 fast timings, +10% power and a custom fan ramp. -60mV with the same settings was only 1-2 fps different so not worth worrying about if yours doesn't go lower.
