How do i set it to run at 400mhz(6400 speed), do i need to change to FSB DRAM 2:1?

i already set the System Memory Multiplier to "2x" but it still show up 1:1

still say 1:1 after selected 2.50 in the bios.

but why set to 0.1v matter ? the cpu-z report should changed or no boot.

Have you set the correct memory voltage?

And set the MCH voltage to +0.1v to boost the northbridge for 4 sticks.
