Can anyone recommend a better gaming monitor with my requirements?

It has to be no bigger than 25 inches.
1ms or lower.
Resolution at 1920x1080.
144hz or higher.
I've done so much research and my head is about to explode and I think this is going to the monitor I go for as I dont think a better monitor is out at the moment with the requirements I have as above. Bit pricey but I think very good value considering it has HDR, SS IPS and all the other bits and pieces its advertised. Very strong build quality it seems aswell.
