Hi,

I have preordered this GPU and just wondered if anyone had fitted on into a Fracctal Define R6 without any issues?

My main concern is that the R6 takes a max width GPU of 155mm including power connectors - the card itself is 140mm wide, so I'm wondering if it might be a bit of a tight fit.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much,

Moley

It looks like the 8 pin power connectors are slightly set back in the Gpu so shouldnt be a problem.

Check out some images to confirm.

I fitted a 3090FE into my Fractal Design R6, and that's 138mm wide. The main issue was length - I had to reconfigure the case into an open configuration to get it to fit. But that did help with cooling, so it was worth the hassle.

Thanks for the replies.

I was hoping that it would fit length-wise without having to change the internal layout. The card is listed as 319mm long which is about the length that is available before the drive cage area. I don't have anything in the lower drive cage area so I'm hoping that if the card needs to the tail end can just fit in to the drive cage area - hope that makes sense.

@Ravenger - how much "too long" was your 3090FE, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks again,

Moley
