Just set ups new gaming PC using a Gigabyte B550-I Aorus Pro AX Motherboard but having issues with my Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse. Both work fine on my other machines (2 MacBook Pros and a Dell Work Laptop) but on this new PC there shocking, stuttering, dropping out etc. There both un-useable.

All drivers seem to be up to date but I can't see what would cause the issues.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Where is the PC located desk wise? A quick search the antenna is moveable, is that sitting on the desk with clear sight to the keyboard and mouse, or tucked away somewhere else?

N00b error, I didn't realise I needed the Antenna connect for Bluetooth to work, assumed this was Wifi only.

So Bluetooth is now working.. sort of.. I've got the mouse and keyboard connected, but they constantly drop off, usually after about 3-5 minutes.. only way to get them on again seems to be to power the keyboard off and back on this then brings the mouse back. this is only on this motherboard, and no other devices. Also does the same thing when keyboard is wired (Keychron K4)

I tried a USB Bluetooth dongle as a fix, but I can't find a way to turn off the on-board bluetooth so the USB one won't work

:(

tried upgrading to win 11 but same issue.. hope I don’t have a DOA board.
