Gigabyte App Centre issue

I have a little problem that's bugging me, hopefully someone has a fix. I am on windows 10 now and it's working great, but when I open gigabyte App center I get the error - This driver can't release to failure. Have looked around on google and others have had this issue with windows 10, but can't find a fix.
Anyone have a clue?

Yeah I need it. Well it opens up even after the error but the likes of the Ambient LED, that stuff isn't working on win 10 for me and some other things. Will try reinstalling the app centre.

Its prob just a windows 10 thing, was fine on win 7.
