Gigabyte B450M - DS3H doesn't like new GPU

I've been trying to get my 6700XT to work in my motherboard but it's very unreliable at booting. I've tried the 3 latest bios versions and they all behave the same. I've got to put a different card in then swap over to the 6700 and it'll work fine but then after powering off I'm back to square one.

All that happens bwhen I press the power button is the RGB RAM lights up, no fans or any other signs of life. I know this is a very new GPU but I still thought it would work without any issues. ( As it does on my x570 system)

Can anyone offer any advice on it?

Memory set to XMP or not and is CSM (Compatibility Support Module) disabled?

Memory is XMP and have disabled CSM.

Pcie speed probably set to auto could try setting it to pcie 3 , long shot but may be worth a try.

Tried that too. It still only works sometimes unfortunately
