Just built pc for my nephew and its having random boot issues. At random times it will not boot or get to BIOS screen, just keeps on restarting with fans coming on and mobo led lights flashing between cpu and dram, at the end it stay on dram led and than restarts pc to go back to same loop.
Only way to get it to boot again is to clear cmos. It will work fine than at random startup/reset same thing will happen. Ram is at default bios speed, when use xmp it will not boot at all, have to clear cmos. Have tried some old Ram that I have and has same issue.
Also sometimes when i restarts pc LAN port on mobo will not work, doesnt show any orange or green light. Have to restart pc for it to work.

Pc specs are :

11400f
Gigabyte B560m Aorus Pro ax
Crucial Ballistix BL2K8G36C16U4B 3600 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, Desktop Gaming Memory Kit, 16GB (8GB x2), CL16, Black
Palit rtx 3060ti
Corsair RM750x

I have also tried different BIOS including latest one, change nothing in Bios settings. Is it mobo RMA time ?

Have ordered another mobo Asus tuf gaming , it arrives tomorrow. Will see if that helps it. At least will be able to rule mobo out if same thing happens.
Reading gigabyte forums there seems to be issue with many of their mobos, thought they were good brand....use to be a while back.

New motherboard different issues. Pc will not boot when use more than 1 ram stick, I have tried different ram stick and same issue. Also bios doesn't pick up nvme drive. I have updated new mobo to latest bios, tried different PSU, different GPU. Only thing is left CPU, surely it's CPU that faulty ? Been building PCs for over 20 years and never been this stuck
