Gigabyte bios help

Hi,

I have a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard and as far as i'm aware it has dual bios feature where you can have 2 BIOS's?

I cant find the book and i cant really find how to delete the old version off the bios and copy the new one i updated to that old bios slot? my pc sometimes tries to load the old version i think and just hangs on a different splash screen, not sure why but i think i can update both of them to the same, does anyone know how to do it?

Does anyone understand what i mean, i'm sure im not imagining it..

you have to press alt and f10 I think at startup together,spam them as fast as poss

thank you for the reply but that does not work, after digging around seems its an issue with the new bios i updated or something... cheers
