hi i was overclocking my mates computer and in the advace bios options when i changed the fsb some text was flashing and i wondered any one had this and should i do anything

it was a ga p31 ds3l

Probably says System Voltage not Optimised. Dont worry.

2nd'd. Set the voltages according to whats needed to be stable and ignore the flashing.

there was another one where it allowed me to set to standard or turbo or something what should i set that to?
