Hi. As you might no I have had problems with my pc from blue screen 116 to crashing and slow down in games. I got another graphic card a asus strix 970 gtx. Everything working fine until last night. I have had this card only 24 hour and was just on desktop when it decided to go grey and flash on and off a grey like colour. It takes about 1minute and 24nd to boot from gigabyte logo then boots up into windows normal. How ever earlier today I turned it off and later turned it back on. It took 1 minute and 24nds to get past the gigabute logo. The screen went black as normal but with a blinking white text in thr top corner which looked like this a dash. -

It wouldn't come on so I took the case of and looked if there where any error codes and it said 29 on the mobo. I looked in my manual for the code but there is no such code in the manual and google no help either. Any help from here. Thanks. :)

I don't want to mess about with the bios as I didn't put the graphic card in and would probably brake the warranty from the people who fitted the card.

Bluescreen 116 is usually related to bad video drivers.

What is your exact motherboard model?

Have you

1.Disabled onboard iGPU
2.Used DDU to uninstall all video drivers before installing current GPU drivers?
3.If on an older chipset 67/77 have you updated your bios to latest revision?

you need to list your motherboard. The LED code on the motherboard is not an error its the stage the POST/Boot process got to before it went into a stop state due to an error. Most modern gigabyte boards have the boot process listed at the back of the manual.
