Gigabyte DS3 Won't boot

I can happily recommend Adata Vitesta pc6400 DDR2 ram, these sticks use Elpida -GE chips and they happily run cas5 5-5-15 at 1.8v and boot with all DS3 bioses. Use these sticks from day 1 and never had a problem, best I can get out of them is 920mhz in dual channel setup, or 985mhz in single channel mode.
