Gigabyte DS3 ?

Hi there i,ve been reading the thread about the Gigabyte DS3/DS4/DQ6 but the DS3 dosn,t seem to get a mention about a bad memory problem ,is this just the other 2 boards ? :confused:

There was to begin with but after 9 BIOS releases it seems okay

So if you buy it now will you still have to update the bios or will this be addressed in the manufacture ? :confused:

I don't know what version they have now out of the box, latest I heard was 4 I think, which fixed the majority of problems.
