Gigabyte DS3L - Anyone speedstepping?

Hello all, I have the Gigabyte Ga-P35-DS3L mobo, and an E4500 clocked to 3Ghz (375*8).

Basically, I'm wondering if anyone is using speedstep on a setup like this? As I like the idea of the computer lowering when it's not all needed. Saves heat and noise etc, etc...

In the BIOS there are options for different speed settings, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any input?

Got my [email protected] with speedstep enabled.

Not had a problem here. Been gaming and encoding with no issues with increases and decreases with loads.
