Gigabyte ds3r problem?

Has anybody had any problem's with this board i.e myne won't overclock?Every time I go to manual setting's to adjust mhz then save it restarts twice then I go back into bios and it's gone back to auto again?

Processor is E2140

Everything else Iv'e left on auto so ill try that and see if it work's.

Set the memory multiplier to x2.0 and that also goes back to auto.
I haven't touched memory voltage or timing everything is the same as when I brought the board maybe it's just A faulty board?

Ah well time for A new bored then, not bad going for 3 months old lol

Least it didn't cost that much.
