Gigabyte DS4 - Memory Voltage

I've just come accross a slight oddity.
I'm running the DS4 with an E6600 and 4GB of the Geil DDR800 memory.
All has been running well.
I'm overclocked to 3.2Ghz - a level I'm happy at, my memory is running at 4-4-4-12 1:1 so well within specification.
Sure I could try and push further but I like to use my machine, not spend all the time just trying to get a little more from it :)

Anyway, to the oddity.
I've obviously manually set all of the memory settings as the "Safe Mode" SPD on these modules would basically set them to PC667 speeds.
I've however left the memory voltage to "Auto".
For those that don't know the DS4 the BIOS doesn't display the actual voltage of the memory, rather the relative voltage.
So "Auto" or +/-0 and it is automatically setting the voltage as per the SPD.
I've been booting into Windows absolutely fine, I ran the Gigabyte EasyTune5 package and into Advanced and without touching any settings the memory voltage is displayed as 2.10 (which is correct for this memory).

It wasn't until this evening that I remembered my own advice I give people about the Gigabyte boards and how they undervolt the memory and tend to only feed 1.8v which some memory doesn't like and refuses to boot.
So I've always advised you go into the BIOS, set a +.3v and this gives you the 2.1v.
So this evening that is what I did, into the BIOS, set a +.3v and booted into Windows.
Ran EasyTune5 - low and behold, it tells me my memory is running on......2.10v

So now I'm a little confused.
If I leave the memory voltage at "Auto" or +/-0 then EasyTune tells me my memory voltage is 2.10v.
If I manually set a +.3v EasyTune tells me my memory voltage is 2.10v.
So something isn't reporting back quite right.
What other programs are there out there, like EasyTune I guess that can tell me what voltage my memory is running at?
Or will all programs just report back what the BIOS tells them and they too will probably tell me 2.10v?

I have found that Speedfan tends to accuratley report my DS4 memory voltages (under the Vcore2: voltage) (currently 2.2V for me, but when left on auto 1.8V is reported which is correct.)
