gigabyte ds4 + pentium D = no boot

as title, waiting for my conroe I got a pentium D 805 (with my gigabyte ds4).

Just built it and try to boot and I just get a blank screen, ie no post or anything.

any ideas??

Hmmm not much information there mate, but i would suggest reconnecting all your power cables and make sure things like ram and cpu are properly in place.

I have a Gigabyte DS4 and a Pentium D 805 arriving tomorrow as a stop gap until conroe as well. I'll let you know how I get on.

Ok what slots did you put the RAM in? try the RED slots or the thing wont boot!!!
