Hi

I have a Gigabyte DQ6

I have found the F3a BIOS which seems to let me alter the CAS of my RAM. F2 Bios never did.

However - I am using the @BIOS prog to reflash (I dont have a floppy). That works fine. I restart, go into BIOS, Load Fail-Safe Settings, and save to CMOS. That should be it, and it seems like it is, until I do a failed overclock and the old F2 bios kicks back in. This is obviously the backup BIOS. How do I reflash this one? Its causing issues with my system.

Do I use the QFlash BIOS prog? Any help would be great...

Not sure if it can be done via the @BIOS think you need the q-flash method.

Theres a guide here

might have some help for you but you'll need a floppy drive :(
