Was curious about the utility Dynamic Energy Saver Advanced read up about it and you can even us it when your PC is overclocked. Installed DES Advanced / Dyn-Frequecy(CPU-Throttling) = on / 11.24.24am /
1st/2/10(NOTE DATE AND TIME SHOWING ON DES-A 1) running in Sleath Mode.

Have used PC as normal gaming, backing up data, etc no prob's, even ran Intelburntest default but threads set at 8 as l'm running a i7 920 > 4.0GHz (see sig) and you could see your CPU performance increase with DES-A SHOWING ON DESK TOP.

Noticed today H50 CPU TEMPS -

DES-A enabled living room temps at just below 24'c Cen-Heating on / Checked Thermost it had been turned up, hence 24'c.

H50 CPU Temps = 37 - 41'c Dyn-Frequecy(CPU-Throttling) = about 50%
DES-A enabled / CPU-Z - Core V = 1.248v / look at PIC DESA 1 -

DES-A 1(NOTE TEMP HAS GONE UP 1'-2'c DUE TO RUNNING CPU-Z/ DESA ON DESKTOP)

---------------------------------------------------

Normaly living room temps 20-22'c Cen-Heating on H50 CPU Temps = 38 - 42'c.

Without DES-A enabled / Normally CPU-Z - Core V = 1.264v. / look at PIC. DESA 2.

Normally CPU-Z - Core V - 1.264v. - DES-A enabled / CPU-Z - Core V - 1.248v = adrop of 0.016v.

DES-A 2

Will run DES-A and update you's again next Tuesday, uptill now have saved 58.787Watts + CPU seem's to run cooler. Will also try to check temps etc, at about 2.0pm over the following days and compare temps next Tuesday.
