Gigabyte Eastune 6 - SMART Fan

Hi guys,

Does ET6 need to be running for the system to use the updated fan profile I created in the "SMART" fan section?

Hi, l'm using ET6 on a EX58A UD5 mobo all drivers,etc, upto date, once installed with my fan profile set, if l leave it running l get the BSOD while gaming. I googled the fault and its a bug in the software, the only way l can get it to run is right click on the icon in the taskbar right hand side and exit. It still works no problems at all, e-mailed Gigabyte about it a while ago and they have still not put it right.

I believe it does. But I uninstalled mine, if you have a third party cooler the CPU stays very quiet anyway. The stock on the other hand...

Easytune6 is crappy software! I never bother use it. I use HWMonitor Pro
