trying to install ubuntu lucid alpha 3 from sdcard, i used unetbootin to convert the iso to the sdcard and confirmed it works ok on a different pc but i can't boot from usb on this motherboard :/

anyone managed it? in bios i see usb-hdd, usb-zip, usb-floppy, usb-cdrom and tried through F12 at boot but i just doesn't see the card.

card readers i've tried are my akasa multicard reader connected to an internal usb header and a kingston datatraveler external usb reader.

are gigabyte just crappy with booting usb flash?
