I've been using my Titan Goliath (Win 7 64bit, Gigabyte EX58-UD3R mobo) system for a month now, bought from OC in early December.
I've discovered that the connection of a USB device to one of the front USB ports on the case (such as an iPod, memory stick or external HDD) can cause Win7 to report that the internet connection has been lost. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, more like 70%, and doesn't seem associated with any particular device. I have to restart the PC when this happens. It never happens when using the rear USB ports with the same devices.
My PC is connected to my ADSL router via ethernet cable, and when this occurs I have checked that all other machines can still access the net normally (which they can).
Any ideas what could be causing this? I've tried searching other forums and I've noted some people having similar issues with their Gigabyte EX58 mobos. I'm otherwise well chuffed with the system so it's no biggie, I just like everything to be perfect.
Thanks for reading folks, any input would be welcome.
