Gigabyte G-Power cooler

hi all,
i have read some reviews on this cooler and they all say its a good cooler i was just wondering if anyone has had any problems with it IE mounting it to athlon 64s as i have seen the mounting bracket is flimsy and what are temps like on overclocked rigs

As for fitting I didn't have to much of a problem and that was with the motherboard in place in the case. If it was out on the removable tray it would be a very easy.
