Hi,
Apologies for making such an early post a cry for help, but I'm pulling my hair out!
I've basically just bought a GA-770T-USB3, 4Gig of Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 and a Phenon II x6 1055T from OC's which I received today.
After rushing home from work, and setup I just can't get past the BIOS start screen. The routine goes like this:
The big Gigabyte screen, no keys work, freezes. reboot, sometimes when you press TAB you see the boot sequence, but then it just freezes with a flashing cursor at the top left. Other times the screen fills with artifacts.
i took one of the RAMs out and it just kept cycling through a reboot sequence after it just got past the Gigabyte screen again.
I've reset the BIOS, took the battery out for a few mins.
I bought the setup with a Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 5850 PCS+, but I’ve since removed that and put in my previous 8800GTS.
So at the moment, I have nothing plugged in, disks etc, and its a 480W psu.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Toneh
