Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 & Crossfire?

Just wanted to double check that the Gigabyte UD5 motherboard can do both SLI and Crossfire?

most, if not all X58 motherboards support crossfire and SLI

Am I also right in reading that both PCI Express slots run at x16? As on the description it lists the PCI Express slots as having 8, 4 etc?
