First off, apologies for the request - I know I should read all the relevant threads (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17612922) and translate that into the nomenclature used on this board, but I was hoping some kind soul could save me the time and post their settings here :)

I have the above board with an Intel Core2 CPU 6400 (2.13GHz) with a Scythe Ninja Plus strapped to the side and 2 * 1GB Kingston ValueRAM (KVR667D2N5/1G * 2). The latter may well be the limiting factor in this setup.

I hadn't required an OC up until now, but playing back H264 MPEG streams from BBC HD means I need a faster CPU.

TIA.

OK, I caved in and read the above HOWTO / RTFM (Motherboard) / Googled and came up with this:

1. Enter BIOS
2. Enter MB Intelligent Tweaker
3. Select 'System Clock Setting'
4. Select FSB-Memory Clock Mode - Change to Unlinked
5. Select CPU Host Frequency - Change from 266 to 333
6. Esc, Save BIOS Settings and Exit

Simple as that. Idle CPU temperature is still low 20's. When playing back 20 mins of BBC HD via mplayer, both cores are now about 60% used @ 35C, whereas before one core was usually maxed out with the other one not far behind. BogoMIPS (totally unscientific, I know) have gone from 8500 to 10670.

I've read the CPU *could* be pushed higher (376MHz), but this seems 'good enough' for the time being.
