Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L. Bios Questions

I am just getting round to OC my CPU, and have a few questions about the bios settings for this board. I cannot seem to find settings for adjucting the ram voltage or setting up Fan speed, well i can see a DDR18V tab which im guessing is the ram but its blued out and i cannot select it. I beleive there is an advanced Bios menu via pressing Ctrl and F1, but i still cant seem to find these settings, any help?

What BIOS are you using? I'm using the F7 version (it shipped with) and the option is there, bottom left from the main screen takes you into the right page.

The latest version F8. Also what a safe value to set the Vcore to on these boards, ive tried 1.5v and it doesnt POST??? have a Intel Core 2 Duo E7200

EDIT: Sorry was set to 1.15 volts, know wounder! Ive set it at 1.4 to start off with

Control +F1 to get to the memory settings, and set it to manual.
They're in the same menu that you change your CPU fsb etc, just scroll below after pushing ctrl+f1 in the main menu.

There is no fan speed settings on this board tho, not that I know of at least.
