Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Intel P35

I was going to order one of these to go with an E6850

is this a stable board ? I have 4x1GB Ballistix PC8500 to go in it, and was planning on getting a 8800GT just for reasnoble gaming performance.

If not can anyone recommend an alternative under £80
Stability and ease of set up is key to me with this one.

I would go for the Gigabyte GA P35 DS3, as it has better power management than the Gigabyte GA P35 DS3L, or if you require RAID (Intel ICH9R) the Gigabyte GA P35 DS3R, and instead of the E6850, I would go for the E8400......
