Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L RAM Question

I have just bought my new build, with the above motherboard, 2GB giel ultra low ram, and an E4500.

Im just wondering, the board has 4 ram slots, 2 red and 2 yellow, does it matter which of these I put the RAM in? Should I put them both in the same colour? or does it not matter at all?

does the manual say anything about what combination to use to enable dual channel for the ram? if so use that combination of slots

The manual is pretty unspecific really, not much help at all.

need to put the sticks in the same colours for it to run in dual channel mode (it will work with 2 sticks in different colours but will be faster in dual channel mode).

There is a little table in the manual that shows how to install the modules for dual channel. For just 2 sticks use slots 1 & 3, or 2 & 4. That's either both yellow slots, or both orange.
