Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3P Issue

I got delivered the above mobo today and have found that the chipset block in the middle is a little bit loose. Its fastened in, but you can move it about. Is this normal? does it supposed to have a little bit of give either side.???

My housemate got the same mobo last week and it would appear that his is also loose - I noticed this as I was attaching the mobo to the case it was wobbling a bit - seems to stay cool enough (doesn't overheat at any rate).

Cheers for that, will keep an eye on it and can always RMA it, if plays up

Mine too!! I noticed when I was pushing it into the case - I thought I'd broken it myself!!!
Feels good to know its not just me!!!
