Hey with the Gigabyte GA P35C DS3R would i have any problems with this CPU and memory

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz
GeIL 2GB PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit

like i read that some people had to change the voltages on the memory and cpu and im not to sure how to do this.

or would i just be able to set it up with no problems ?

yes after reading that its put me off a bit, tweakinfreak did you have any trouble with the board and the set up you have ?
