Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R

Hi guys does anyone know if the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R works ok with the OcUK 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C5 800MHz DDR2 ram because i have read on the forums that there is a problem with ram and this board. thanks

Should work perfectly. That board with the "C" in the title just means it will support ddr2 and ddr3 so its almost replaced the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R. Only thing is, I have read that the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R overclocks better than the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R slightly because of this extra support so not sure if thats true.

depends how lenent the ram is, if it runs at 1.8 and no higher, then probly not becasue these board overvolt the ram by 0.1volts.
