Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R - What to disable in BIOS?

Just wondered what I should be disabling in the BIOS of the Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R or similar?

I'd rather turn off all the unnecessary extras.

Personally, I have disabled ..
CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)
CPU EIST Function
Intel(R) Turbo Boost Tech
Virtualization Technology
Azalia Codec (onboard audio)
Onboard H/W 1394 (don't need it)

Change all SATA modes to ACHI
Enable Quick boot and set boot order.
Manually set memory timings, voltages & OC.
Enabled CPU smart FAN mode.

That's it.
