hi guys .
just got my new board, cant wait to install it.
However, here comes my trouble to install windows7.
I'm using ports 0,1 6G/s which means not Marvell 88SE9182 SATA controller
The manual said that in Page 85.
C. enter the RAID BIOS setup utility to configure a RAID array. Skip this step and proceed with the installation of Windows operating system for a non-Raid configuration.
After a few pages of how to set up raid configuration it comes to P87.
" 5. Exist in Main Menu.
Now, you can proceed to install the SATA RAID/AHCI driver and operating system."
These two commands really confused me. So how and when shall i install Windows 7.
I tried when RAID0 set up. The windows installation is running at EFI mode , and it cant be installed in my raid0 disk (C:/) because of MBP issue?
Now I'm trying to install the window7 without raid set up. But I'm worried to set the raid back again as it might have to erase what already exists in the drive which means my window7 installed might be format. My job done so far will be gone. I will still not able to install window7 for the raid0 disk.
Thank you so much for helping me
