Just bought a Gigabyte GA-Z87N WIFI can anyone confirm a can fit one of these new pentium K chips in it?

Looking at the cpu support list below I can't see it on there (you might want to recheck) but most if the other newer models are there though.

that's what I thought, but then the Pentium K isn't out yet,

would there be any reason for it not to support it I wonder?

The list shows support for the 4690k which is due at the same time but the 4790k is not on the list either.

I can't see any reason why not!

Both the CPU's should work with the latest BIOS but we are in the process of validating them. The CPU support list will be officially updated any day now and a new BIOS might be created if needed and uploaded to our website.
