Hello,
I've been having thus issue for quite some time but it's very on off. Sometimes when I turn my computer on as it boots up it will stay on the error code 5d then shutdown and boot up again then repeats this. Other times its boots fine works fine however occasionally it cuts out without warning and restarts with the error code 5d.
I looked it up and I read that it was an issue with tbh e ram so I brought some new ram (needed new ram anyway) and it didn't happen for a few weeks then it came back.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? (if you need anymore info just ask)
Thanks

Updated the board to a newer BIOS?

RAM working at the correct speeds etc, have you set XMP in the BIOS?

Yes I did through the gigabyte app centre however I'm not sure what update it's at as the app centre and windows ten don't seem to work together

When Windows 8 came out it appeared the app Center didnt work but quite often what it did is put the window way over to the top right out of view so you couldnt click on it.
Last week my App Centre said it had an update, so I downloaded it and now it works fine with Windows 10.
Download the new version for Win 10 it works okay and pops up bottom right above the clock now.
