Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 Compatibility question.....

Anybody know if the following ram has any compatibility issues with the Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 motherboard,

I hope it doesn't as I've got some in my 'basket' that I intend to use on a 965P-S3.

It works fine out of the packet with my DS4 - but if you want to clock it or tighten the timings you do need to up the volts a little bit. I'm currently at 375MHZ/750MHz with 4-4-3-10 on 2.0V (+0.2V).
