Could anyone please tell me if the Gigabyte GA_965P_DS4 and the Pentium 4 805 Dual Core would work together please?

Yeah it will do, should be able to overclock it a fair bit too!!

I've got the next board up from that one, the GA-965P-DQ6 with an Pentium D 805 in there, waiting till conroe is released.

I'm currently running at 3.5GHz on stock volts.

Put some volts through it you pansy running mine at 3.75 on a volt modded Bgrade board I got for £35

got mine @ 3.65 on stock volts using the intel 975XBX, reckon it could go higher, but my ram is letting me down i reckon...

set your RAM to 1:1 and it certainly wont be the limiting factor
