Apologies for posting this here but can't find an appropriate section on where to place this.

Got my order in this morning,
OCZ 4GB DDR2
Quad Q6600
Arctic Freezer 7
Gigabyte GA_P35C_DS3R

Got the computer working now and connected only 1 SATA HD and my PCI card however, the computer is not recognising keyboard or mouse what so ever. Ive also tried removing the PS2 connectors and trying via USB but to no avail.

I cant turn number lock on nor is the mouse's optical sensor showing led status so obviously i have a bit of a problem (they are connected correctly)

I was just posting here to make sure ive not missed something obvious, as im the kinda person who would do this, before I RMA it.

When I first got my p35c ds3r the other day I had to restart it 3 times for it to recognise my mouse and keyboard, remember to enable usb mouse and usb keyboard in the bios options if you havent already.

IM assuming when you say reset the bios that you mean clearing the cmos is the that right? You'll probobly realise that computers arent my strongest point.

Ive tried clearing the cmos again, after removing everything and reconnecting it all again and still it won't recognise my keyboard or mouse.

Ive also noticed that the fan connected to my artic cooler doesnt spin round and only starts spinning for a second when i power down my PC. Very strange.

Im thinking that I may have just been unlucky with this motherboard but wanting to make sure that ive tried everything before sending back.
