I have the 1GB version and it does in Afterburner, I can't see any reason why the 768MB one wouldn't.

I think idle speed is 40%, not sure at what temp it increases at, but you can use afterburner to create a custom fan profile.

There is a 1GB OC2 version for a good price somewhere but I can't tell the difference between the OC2 and OC version?
