Here is from Unigine 2.5 benchmark:

Also, driver always stopping working when im launching any youtube video, and randomly crashes when watching video (using K-Lite codecs)
All pc (in my sig) is stock atm (recently reinstalled Win 7 x64)
Using 285.27 beta drivers (can be because of this???)
PSU - Corsair HX 750W
Its already second cga,as i RMA'd one already with fan problems..
Seems i will avoid Gigabyte in future purchases :(

Is it overclocked or factory overclocked, try downclocking? Checked temps? Beta drivers can cause issues but im not sure how severe they can be, i wouldnt think they would cause it to behave like that in heaven tho.

Before you send it back try testing it on another PC first. From time to time faulty PSU's and motherboards are to blame but there has been spate of faulty 560's cropping up on these forums as of late.

Its better then nothing, give it a try. The problem is a few people have had issues RMAing there video cards with OCUK (and other etailers) as there being tested but no issue is being found. It might be worth RMAing it direct with Gigabyte as they have a pretty good RMA team in Europe.
