Gigabyte M27Q Vertical Grid Lines During Motion

I recently got the M27Q from OCUK. I am really happy with the monitor overall however there are these vertical lines that are a bit distracting during games.

I notice it more if the refresh rate is lower <90Hz). These lines only appear during motion and dissapear as soon as it stops. It is more noticable on some colours than others.

I tried to recreate it by setting the refresh rate to 60Hz and then moving a window over my desktop. My camera has exaggerated the effect more than it looks in reality but it is those dark vertical lines that are visible to me.

Have I received a faulty unit or is this an issue with all M27Q monitors? Has anyone else who has one have a similar issue?

Have the same monitor and have not noticed that issue, although haven't had that much time to use it yet

It seems to be more noticable on green or dark green colours and more apparant at lower frame rates. I have asked about this and no one else seems to have the same issue so I think I will just try get it replaced.
