Gigabyte m28u recommendations?

Wow these were £570 when they first came in, WTF is happening with pricing @NikTheSHNIK !!!??

Gigabyte increased the buy price. They are well within their rights to as demand is outstripping supply at the moment and costs are only going up for haulage and shipping.

Still really good value and selling like hot cakes at the new RRP.

Would anyone recommend the gigabyte m28u? I've been waiting hoping to get a pair of LG 27GP950s, but looks like that could be quite a wait, and saw this one mentioned in another thread - it has the huge advantage that it's actually in stock, but haven't heard much about it...

Thanks for any thoughts you have on it

When I did a comparison the things I found missing were G-Sync and concerns over colour gamut.

I know Nvidia GPUs to are supposed to work with Freesync but, also have read the colour gamut is weaker on the gigabyte which puts me off more than the lack of G-Sync.

These may be the the reasons it's cheaper although the price is inching up.

Be interested to hear from owners that have moved from other monitors to this. I want a monitor to be more than just a gaming panel to be honest. This is why the LGs appeal.
